For the entire 28 days, you can come to as many boot camp sessions as you want so that you can melt fat from your body and tone up the areas you’re unhappy with. We have classes 6 days a week starting at 5 am -8 pm (Timetable is located below)
The Basics
You’re going to learn the basic simple rules to follow so that you get the fastest results possible (it’s close to impossible for you not to get results when following the simple basics).

You will receive a meal plan that is customized for your personal goals that is easy to follow.
One On One Goal Setting Session With Our Head Trainer
You will get one body transformation analysis where we will create a personalized training and meal guideline to get you the specific results you want to achieve.
The 28 Day Challenge Training Plan
You will receive the 28 Day Challenge Training Plan to do on the days you’re not able to attend your training session so you can hit those spots on you’re body where you want to burn fat and tone up.
